How many companies do a verification report cover?

If I haven’t received my report,How to do?
We take great care to ensure the delivery of all reports on or before the agreed time. Sometimes, however, email spam filters block reports. So, if you haven’t received your report, please check your email spam folder.
If you haven’t received your report by the estimated delivery date, please contact us at services@verifyfull.com so we can urgently resolve.
Are Mainland China company financials usually available?
Unfortunately, in the majority of cases, the financials for Chinese companies are not made publicly available. Where they are available it is in the following two scenarios:
- The company chooses to make their financials publicly available in China’s company registration system (we rarely encounter this, maybe just 1% of companies make this choice)
- The company is listed on Shanghai or Shenzhen stock markets
Do you do site visits,when you verify a company?
No, We don’t conduct on-site verification; all of our reports are based solely on desktop research. We never contact the organization directly when researching for verification reports or hold any of your information for ourselves to lock you in’. We work exclusively for you, and give you all the information we gather in the course of providing your service. We have a dedicated office in Beijing for processing Chinese company verification reports and handling enquiries.

What are your office hours?
Our Beijin office operates from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Friday, except on public holidays. Shanghai’s timezone is UTC+8 and our report turnaround times are based on these office hours.
Do I need to register before using your service?
No, registration is not required. You can order our reports without opening an account.
If you want to register an account, you can click “My account” at the top right of the website page and then a new page will pop up. Please enter your username and password and click “Log in” button to register.
If you forget your password, you can find it by clicking “Lost your password?” button.
Can you help me register a company in China? How can I get in touch with you?
Sure, this is a service we offer.

Payment FAQs
Which payment methods do you accept?
We use leading payment provider Stripe for processing card payments and can accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and more. Payment can also be made using PayPal.
I can’t use a credit card or PayPal, can I still order?
No problem, we also accept payment by bank transfer. Please contact us at services@verifyfull.com to arrange.
What if I’m not satisfies with your services? How do you process refunds?
If you are not satisfied with the results, you can ask us to modify it at any time. You can also demand a refund. If you paid for your report(s) using PayPal or credit card (via Stripe), we would refund via those services. If you paid by bank transfer, you will receive credit redeemable against on future purchases.
If I upgrade my report, How to do?
Yes. We offer upgrades on all relevant reports. You need to pay the difference. Contact us (services@verifyfull.com) to arrange. We guarantee to send your English-language PDF report directly to your inbox within 24 hours. All reports feature clear explanations of everything you will need to know to trade safely and save time and money.
Do the price include the TAX?
Yes, our prices include the TAX. The price you see on our website is the final price you pay – we charge no additional fees.
Will I receive a tax invoice?
Yes.When you place an order, we will send you a confirmation email which includes a PDF tax invoice.
